高速公路路基工程的设计与施工,应充分重视公路建设路段路基地层的土质特殊性。在路基处理设计与施工过程中,为确保处理效果与施工安全,在相关规范的要求基础上应结合实际情况采用更为安全的设计参数。特别是南方公路施工中常见的软土路基,其强度低、固结慢、变形大,如果不能得到很好地处理,就有可能导致地基抗剪强度不够引起路堤侧向整体滑动;人工构造物与路堤衔接处产生差异沉降,引起跳车现象;严重的路堤变形还会导致路面。因此,必须正确掌握高速公路软土路基施工技术,以切实提升高速公路的建设质量。
