为弥补限制土地用途、控制容积率等强制型城市设计引导手法的不足，美、日两国先后研究出了广场奖金制度、奖励分区制度等非强制型引导手法，本文通过分析这一系列手法的特点，初步探讨可否借鉴其经验来完善我国现行的城市设计引导手法。
In order to make up for the lack of mandatory urban design guidance methods such as restricting land use and controlling the floor area ratio, the United States and Japan have successively studied the non-compulsory guidance methods such as the plaza bonus system and reward zoning system. This paper has analyzed the series of methods. Characteristics, preliminary discussion can be used for reference to its experience to improve our current urban design guidance.
