对于管子探伤,其壁厚、直径比t/D>0.2时,采用折射横波方式来检查内表面缺陷,显然是不容易的。本文通过实验、分析和计算,说明对φ24×6mm管子可采用S波(横波)探外壁缺陷,用L-S波(折射纵波、反射横波)探内壁缺陷的方法。
For pipe testing, the wall thickness, diameter ratio t / D> 0.2, the use of refraction shear wave method to check the inner surface defects, obviously not easy. Through experiments, analysis and calculation, the method of S-wave (S-wave) probing wall defects and L-S wave (refracted P-wave and S-wave) exploration of wall defects can be described for φ24 × 6mm pipe.
