智能电能收集充电装置采用MC9S12XS128作为主控芯片开发,通过对单片机脉宽调制(PWM)的占空比调整实现充电过程,控制充电电流,通过升降压转换电路,改变MOS管的开关实现对于直流电源的升压和降压,维持电池充电过程,达到充电目的。文章阐述了充电器设计思路、系统组成;重点分析了单片机控制部分的功能及实现方法,完成了硬件电路设计,以及单片机控制软件设计编程。该设计能提高充电器智能化水平,结合节能减排,更精确地实现充电过程控制,保护电池,延长电池寿命。
Intelligent charging device using MC9S12XS128 as the master chip development, through the MCU pulse width modulation (PWM) duty cycle adjustment to achieve the charging process, control the charging current, through the step-down converter circuit, change the MOS switch to achieve the DC Power boost and step-down to maintain the battery charging process, to achieve the purpose of charging. The article describes the charger design ideas, system components; focus on the MCU control part of the function and implementation methods, completed the hardware circuit design, as well as SCM control software programming. The design can improve the charger intelligent level, combined with energy saving, more accurate charging process control, battery protection, extend battery life.
