一九五四年五月六日前中央人民政府政务院决定,在中国国际贸易促进委员会内设立对外贸易仲裁委员会。为了适应我国对外经济贸易关系不断发展的需要,现在决定将对外贸易仲裁委员会改称为对外经济贸易仲裁委员会,其受理案件的范围可扩大到有关中外合资经营企业、外国来华投资建厂、中外银行相互信贷等各种对外经济合作方面所 Before May 6, 1954, the Central People’s Government’s State Council decided to set up a foreign trade arbitration commission within the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. In order to meet the continuous development of China’s foreign economic relations and trade, we have now decided to rename the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission as the Foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The scope of the acceptance of such cases can be extended to those related to Sino-foreign joint ventures, foreign investment in China, Mutual credit and other foreign economic cooperation
