看了西安易俗社演出的时事舞蹈哑剧“阿拉伯人民站起来”后,感到非常兴奋。这是一出短小精彩的节目,它把一件重大的国际事件形象地搬上了舞台,对观众起了一定的宣传作用,应该说是一次大胆的尝试,也是比较成功的演出。此剧是以阿拉伯人民反殖民统治斗争为题材,当伊拉克人民挣断了身上的殖民锁链获得了自由后,美英帝国主义并不甘心,就相约出兵干涉,但在阿拉伯人民紧密团结一致反对下,全世界爱好和平人民抗议下,尤其是以中苏为首的社会主义阵营斥责下。美英帝国主义不得不认输,承认伊拉克共和国。斗争结果,人民胜利了!
