采用电场激活压力辅助烧结(FAPAS)法制备Al Mg B14-30%(质量分数)Ti B2超硬复合材料。用往复式球盘磨损仪测试材料从室温到800℃的摩擦磨损性能,磨损表面的相结构和形貌分别用XRD和SEM进行测试。结果表明:复合材料在300℃以下的摩擦因数为0.45~0.55,500~600℃的摩擦因数为0.65;当温度升高到800℃时,复合材料的摩擦因数最低,主要原因是表面生成了一层摩擦因数比较低的氧化物薄膜。磨损机理在室温时为轻微的磨粒磨损,高温时则转变为黏着磨损。
Al-B 14-30% (mass fraction) Ti B2 superhard composites were prepared by electric field activated pressure assisted sintering (FAPAS). The friction and wear properties of the material from room temperature to 800 ℃ were tested by reciprocating ball disc abrasion tester. The phase structure and morphology of the worn surface were tested by XRD and SEM respectively. The results show that the friction coefficient of the composites is 0.45 ~ 0.55 at 300 ℃ and 0.65 at 500 ~ 600 ℃. When the temperature is increased to 800 ℃, the friction coefficient of the composites is the lowest, mainly due to the formation of a Oxide film with lower friction coefficient. Wear mechanism at room temperature for a slight abrasive wear, high temperature is changed into adhesive wear.
