“千军易得,一将难求。”近30家中国主流直销企业,不到100位主要高管,相互之间的重复转换率超过30%。用屈指可数来形容中国直销界的人才现状,当不为过。外资输送,内资培养,正是直销界人才的成长现状。高素质、高薪,高跳槽率这三高,是直销界人才的生存现状。不久的将来,我们将看到安利占据高管人才近三成比例的尴尬局面消失,华人成熟企业成为新的人才基地,民营和国企转型直销带来新的血液。直销界的高管战,不应该只是一个圈子内的游戏。
