作者对正常人及兔红细胞的胰岛素受体作了对比研究,结果显示,保温时间、加入A14-[~(125)I]-单碘胰岛素量及A14、A19-[~(125)I]-单碘胰岛素对结合率的影响均具有相似规律,人及兔红细胞表面胰岛素受体数相近,且人红细胞4℃放置24小时对结合率无明显影响。
The authors compared the insulin receptor of normal human and rabbit erythrocytes.
