目的了解某饮料企业2009—2012年的职业病危害因素分布状况,为职业病防治规划工作提供科学依据。方法对该企业作业场所中存在的职业病危害进行现场调查并对监测资料进行分析。结果 2009—2012年该企业作业场所中主要职业危害因素有噪声、粉尘、二氧化碳。噪声各年监测超标率分别为49.06%,51.92%,39.62%,45.61%,粉尘各年监测超标率分别为66.67%,0,0,0,二氧化碳各年监测超标率分别为30.00%,22.22%、33.33%、30.27%。结论该企业作业场所中噪声、粉尘、二氧化碳监测合格率不稳定,仍应该改善作业环境,加强个人防护,提高总合格率。
Objective To understand the distribution of occupational hazards in a beverage enterprise from 2009 to 2012 and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods A field survey of occupational hazards existing in the workplace of the enterprise was conducted and the monitoring data were analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2012, the main occupational hazards in the workplace of the enterprise were noise, dust and carbon dioxide. The monitoring rates of excessive noise in each year were 49.06%, 51.92%, 39.62% and 45.61%, respectively. The exceeding rates of dust monitoring in each year were 66.67% and 0,0,0 respectively. The exceeding rates of carbon dioxide monitoring in each year were 30.00% and 22.22% , 33.33%, 30.27%. Conclusion The qualified rate of noise, dust and carbon dioxide monitoring in the workplace of the enterprise is not stable. It is still necessary to improve the working environment, enhance personal protection and increase the total qualification rate.
