本文论述各种合金元素和微量元素以及它们的复合作用对球墨铸铁中球状石墨形成的影响。用离子显微探针定量分析仪(IMMA)测定了几种元素在球墨内部或外围的浓度分布。着重分析硼在球墨铸铁及灰铸铁中的特性和偏析情况。从影响石墨化、石墨形状和表面效应的观点出发,讨论了经过球化处理和孕育处理后的铸铁,在其冷却过程中所出现的物理化学现象。
This article discusses the effects of various alloying elements and trace elements and their combined effects on the formation of spheroidal graphite in ductile iron. Ion microprobe quantitative analyzer (IMMA) was used to determine the concentration distribution of several elements in or around the nodules. Focus on the analysis of boron in ductile iron and gray cast iron in the characteristics and segregation. From the viewpoint of influencing the graphitization, the shape of the graphite and the surface effect, the cast iron after the spheroidizing and inoculation treatments is discussed, and the physicochemical phenomena that occur during the cooling thereof are discussed.
