通过扫描电镜定性地观察了不同调质热处理工艺下9Ni钢中逆转奥氏体的分布情况。采用热膨胀的方法,测定不同工艺下的膨胀曲线来分析工艺参数对逆转奥氏体生成规律的影响。结果表明:不仅回火过程对9Ni钢逆转奥氏体的生成具有直接影响,在回火前的淬火过程也对其有显著的作用。细化淬火组织,可以使有利于奥氏体形核的位置增多,减少马氏体条块内部的“空白”区域,促进逆转奥氏体的形成和长大,有利于9Ni钢低温韧性的改善。
The distribution of reversed austenite in 9Ni steel was qualitatively observed by scanning electron microscopy. The method of thermal expansion was used to measure the expansion curve under different processes to analyze the influence of process parameters on the reversal of austenite formation. The results show that not only the tempering process has a direct effect on the reversion of austenite in 9Ni steel, but also the quenching process before tempering. Refinement of the quenched structure can increase the number of austenite nucleation sites and reduce the “blank” area in the martensite bar to promote the formation and growth of austenite, which is in favor of the low temperature toughness of 9Ni steel Improvement.
