1984年4月,我厂接受了北京市市政一公司和市政二公司委托加工小月河水沟侧板的任务,这项工程具有如下特点: ①该工程位于游览区,外观质量要求高。构件尺寸3280×1980×250毫米。要求平整度、串角、几何尺寸偏差均不超过2毫米,比北京市标准高出1～3倍。②工程量大,全部构件约800块,混凝土量约1300米~3。③耐久性要求高。水沟侧板处于水位升降部份,受水流冲刷,因此,除要求混凝土抗压强度为250kg/cm~2外,对抗渗、抗冻均有较高要求,特别是抗冻标号要求达D150。④工期紧迫。从签订合同到交货只有40多天。
