街头食品是商品经济发展的产物,它有方便和丰富群众生活一面,也有卫生问题的一面,其特点是街头销售直接入口食品,经营者成分复杂,经营投资少,顺应了一般消费者的要求,但其卫生条件是不同于门市经营的。所以卫生行政部门对街头食品要重点抓好卫生安全问题,为了搞好龙沙区街头食品的安全问题,保障广大消费者的身体健康,我们于1996年4~9月对本区8个集贸市场及3条主要街道的街头食品的基本情况进行了全面调查分析。
