本文描述了在硅微条探测器动态性能研究基础上,将硅微条探测器用于 X 射线成像的研究工作。硅微条探测器的条距为200μm。完成了64路读出电路、64路甄别器阵列、64路多通道计数器的研制,实现了成像数据的采集,建立了硅微条探测器成像应用研究的实验装置。在此基础上,得到了一维成像图像,并提出了用一维扫描的方法,在一维硅微条探测器条件下,实现了二维成像的设想,得到了满意的图像结果,这个设想的实现具有重要的实用价值。
This paper describes the research on the dynamic performance of silicon micro-strip detectors based on silicon micro-strip detectors for X-ray imaging.
