多年来胃良、恶性溃疡的X线鉴别诊断是放射学工作者感兴趣的一个问题。本文试图以溃疡周围的条状皱襞、胃小区的形态等改变及其病理学角度对溃疡性质的鉴别提出一些看法。 The X-ray differential diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric ulcers has been of interest to radiologists. This article attempts to provide some views on the identification of the nature of ulcers by the changes of strips around the ulcer, the shape of the stomach area, and their pathological perspective.
