目的：探讨医用ＺＴ胶在脑膜瘤切除时对大面积渗血、出血的止血作用及术后并发症。方法：用医用ＺＴ胶直接涂擦或用含ＺＴ胶的明胶海绵粘贴渗血或出血处，与仅用电凝、银夹或单纯用明胶海绵止血，两组止血效果及术后并发症对照。结果：实验组与对照组比较，手术时间明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），出血量减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而手术及术后并发症则差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：医用ＺＴ胶在切除矢状窦旁与镰旁脑膜瘤时对于渗血、出血的直接止血应作为首选用药。
Objective: To investigate the hemostatic effect and postoperative complications of medical ZT glue on large area bleeding and hemorrhage in the resection of meningiomas. Methods: The medical ZT glue was directly rubbed or gelatin sponge with ZT glue was used to paste the oozing or hemorrhage. Compared with the only use of coagulation sponge, silver clip or gelatin sponge, the hemostatic effect and postoperative complications were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the operation time was significantly shorter (P <0.01) and the amount of bleeding was decreased (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the operation and postoperative complications (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion: The medical ZT glue should be used as the first choice for direct hemostasis of bleeding and hemorrhage in the resection of sagittal sinus and falx paraneoplastic meningioma.
