采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI和半制备HPLC等色谱技术,对豆科云实属植物大托叶云实种子的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化。从中分离得到了5个卡山烷型二萜化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定为3β-乙酰氧基-卡山烷-12,14(17),15-三烯-7β-醇(1)、caesalmin C(2)、caesall E(3)、caesalpinin MJ(4)和1-deacetylcaesalmin C(5),其中化合物1为新化合物,2、4、5首次从该植物中分离得到。
The 95% ethanol extracts from the seeds of the seeds of the genus Torreya grandis in the genus Rubus were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and semi-preparative HPLC. Five kabanene-type diterpene compounds were isolated and identified as 3β-acetoxy-kashanane-12,14 (17), 15-trien-7β-ol according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data , Caesalmin C (2), caesall E (3), caesalpinin MJ (4) and 1-deacetylcaesalmin C (5). Compound 1 was a new compound and 2,4,5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
