研究了废轮胎热解炭黑(CBP)在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中的应用,分析了CBP的基本性能及其对SBR胶料性能的影响,并与商业炭黑N220、N330、N660、N774进行对比。结果表明,CBP灰分含量很高,聚集体尺寸分布较宽,粒径偏大;SBR中加入CBP后,硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度很高,甚至超过了N330的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,但100%和300%定伸应力很低;加入CBP硫化胶的磨耗性能比加普通炭黑的差,但耐屈挠疲劳性能提高。DMA分析可知,CBP填料网络作用弱,结合胶含量少。
The application of waste tire pyrolytic carbon black (SBP) in SBR was studied. The basic properties of CBP and its effect on the properties of SBR were analyzed. The commercial CBP was also studied with commercial carbon black N220, N330, N660, N774 comparing. The results show that CBP has high ash content, wide distribution of aggregate size and large particle size. The tensile strength and tear strength of vulcanizates are very high even after adding CBP in SBR, even exceeding the tensile strength and tear strength of N330 However, the 100% and 300% CTEs are very low. The CBP vulcanizates wear more poorly than ordinary carbon black, but the flexural fatigue resistance increases. DMA analysis shows that the role of CBP filler network is weak, with less adhesive content.
