一、培养学生“自我管理”的能力学生“自我管理”能力的培养,大致可分为主管、共管、自管三个阶段。主管阶段,即在班主任接手新班或中途接班的时候。这个时期的工作主要是确立班主任在学生中的威望、权力和影响力。师生共管阶段,这是建设良好班集体的关键阶段。这个阶段的特征是:有目的、有计划地建立以班长为核心的管理机构。班主任最主要的工作之一就是放手培养、使用班干部。
