目的：探究腰椎间盘突出症的中医治疗效果。方法：选取82例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，并将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。给予对照组常规治疗，观察组则采用中医综合方法治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组的总有效率为92.68%，明显高于对照组的70.73%，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用中医综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of TCM treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 82 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. Give the control group conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine method, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.73%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine is effective and worthy of clinical application.
