云南少数民族地区小学双语教学存在诸多问题:学校领导重视程度不够,双语教学流于形式;双语师资力量薄弱,不具备双语双文教学能力;双语教材和资料匮乏,影响双语教学成效;双语教学培训内容针对性不强、陈旧且重复率高。就目前小学双语示范学校存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
There are many problems in bilingual teaching of primary schools in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province: the lack of emphasis on bilingual education in bilingual schools; the weak ability of bilingual teachers; the lack of bilingual bilingual teaching; the lack of bilingual teaching materials and information; Content is not targeted, old and high repetition rate. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward on the existing problems in the bilingual primary schools.
