新课程强调对学生的尊重、赏识,提倡激励性评价。但是教师用的赞赏实在是太多太多了,这样的鼓励已失去了它应有的价值和意义,学生在此起彼伏的掌声中会渐渐退去应有的热情,长期下去,也只能带给他们更多的“迷茫”。我们认为,对学生创造性的回答一定要肯定和鼓励,对学生错误的回答,教师要有具体的意见、鲜明的观点、准确的答案。教师不应只是一味地喊“好”而是要赏识学生,不断地唤醒、鼓舞、鼓励学生,对于学生出现的错误,一定要认真指出来。客观的评价才能使学生明确努力的方向,“鼓励赞赏”必须建立在客观评价的基础上。
