校本培训是促进教师终身学习和学校可持续发展的有效平台。近几年来,我们在教师培训工作中,科学处理教师的短期集中培训和分散长期学习的关系,根据教育形势发展的需要,从适应课改的要求出发,狠抓了全市各级各类学校的校本培训工作,探索了一些培训的形式和方法,取得了较明显的阶段性成效。 精心组织,狠抓校本培训的过程管理 校本培训最显著的特点是“基于学校,在学校中,发展学校”,培训能否达到预期的目的和效果,最主要的在于过程管理和评价是否落实,各层各级的职责是否明确。
School-based training is an effective platform for promoting teachers’ life-long learning and sustainable school development. In recent years, we have dealt with the relationship between teachers’ short-term intensive training and the dispersion of long-term learning in the teacher training work.
