商用四倍体多年生黑麦草和意大利三麦草杂交获得稳定杂种。使用宽垄种植选择生产F2系谱的F1代植株,小区种植评价F2系谱的生长与品质性状。19个选择杂种系谱中有10个起源于苏黎世高地的多年生黑麦草,这种在改善早春、夏末和秋季营养生长上已证实有影响的亲本,通过增加杂种的水溶性碳水化合物的含量而改善饲用价值。根据这一新的基因资源选择的杂交种Augsta和意大利黑麦草RVP杂种在季节性生长上和品质上都有了显著的改善。
Commercial tetraploid perennial ryegrass and Italy triticale crossed to obtain stable hybrids. The F2 generation of F1 generation plants were selected by wide ridge planting, and the growth and quality traits of F2 genealogy were evaluated by plot planting. Of the 19 selected hybrids, 10 were originated from perennial ryegrass in the highlands of Zurich. Such parents, which have been shown to have effect on vegetative growth in early spring, late summer and autumn, are improved by increasing the hybrid’s water-soluble carbohydrate content Feed value. Augsta and Ryegrass RVP hybrids selected on the basis of this new genetic resource show significant improvements both in seasonal growth and in quality.
