本文对182只眼人工体植入术后发生的后囊混浊,应用美国生产的Lasererx.LQ2106型眼YAG激光机进行后囊切开,术中采用该机配备的靶后激光焦点调整系统(PosteriorYAGKffset),调整治疗激光焦点位置在MIN、+125μm、250μm间三挡转动,使治疗过程能根据膜的厚度、膜与人工晶体间距宽窄能量大小进行调节,一次击射成功率为98.8%,术后视力提高达97.3%,人工晶体损伤率为8.2%,无明显并发症。我们认为配备有PosterorYAGoffeet系统调整节的Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体术后后囊混浊,与同类产品比较,能有效地进行膜切除,减少人工晶体的损伤。
