目的比较抗真菌药敏试验纸片扩散法、ATB FUNGUS3(ATB F3)微量稀释法和E-试验(Epsilometer test)检测白假丝酵母菌对氟康唑、伏立康唑的结果,探讨3种方法的可比性和一致性。方法使用纸片扩散法和ATB F3法对中山市古镇人民医院住院患者分离的58株白假丝酵母菌进行药敏试验,同时用E-试验作为对照。结果纸片扩散法与E-试验的符合率在氟康唑为69.0%(40/58),在伏立康唑为98.2%(57/58);ATB F3法与E-试验的符合率在:氟康唑为89.7%(52/58),在伏立康唑为96.6%(56/58)。结论纸片扩散法检测白假丝酵母菌对氟康唑敏感性与E-试验符合率不甚理想,ATB F3法比较理想;而伏立康唑无论纸片法还是ATB F3法与E-试验结果符合率非常一致。ATB F3法检测白假丝酵母菌敏感性操作简便,使用成本低,大多数医院特别是基层医院应该推广普及。
Objective To compare the antifungal susceptibility test disk diffusion method, ATB FUNGUS3 (ATB F3) microdilution method and the E-test (Epsilometer test) to detect Candida albicans on fluconazole and voriconazole results to explore the comparability of three methods Sexuality and consistency. Methods Fifty-eight Candida albicans isolates from inpatients in Guzhen Town People’s Hospital of Zhongshan were tested for susceptibility by disk diffusion method and ATB F3 method. E-test was used as control. Results The coincidence rates of disk diffusion and E-test were 69.0% (40/58) in fluconazole and 98.2% (57/58) in voriconazole. ATB F3 detection of Candida albicans sensitivity is simple, low cost, most hospitals, especially primary hospitals should be popularized.
