有效控制水量小但分布广泛的点源污染能大大缓解目前水体富营养化状况。针对点源污染处理特点,设计并构建了中试规模的新型一体化膜生物反应器,考察其对矿区污水处理效果及反应器运行特性。结果表明,系统启动稳定后对COD、NH3-N平均去除率为83.17%、98.09%,出水TN、TP平均质量浓度为10.67、0.6mg/L,满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)一级标准,并具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力;系统中污泥质量浓度增长缓慢,污泥沉降性能良好(SV30<30%);系统在104 d运行时间里跨膜压差为1.3~30.9 k Pa,体外化学清洗对膜污染控制具有显著效果,有利于MBR长期稳定运行。
Efficient control of small amounts of water, but widely distributed point source pollution can greatly ease the eutrophication of the current water status. Aiming at the characteristics of point source pollution treatment, a new type of integrated membrane bioreactor with pilot scale was designed and constructed, and its effect on the sewage treatment and the operating characteristics of the reactor were investigated. The results showed that the average removal rates of COD and NH3-N were 83.17% and 98.09% after the system was started and the average concentration of TN and TP in the effluent was 10.67 and 0.6 mg / L, respectively, which met the discharge standards of urban sewage treatment plant (GB 18918 -2002), and has a certain impact resistance load capacity. The sludge mass concentration in the system increases slowly and the sludge settling performance is good (SV30 <30%). The pressure drop across the membrane during the 104 d operation is 1.3 ~ 30.9 k Pa, chemical cleaning in vitro has significant effect on membrane fouling control, which is in favor of long-term stable operation of MBR.
