以大肠杆菌内毒素静脉注入复制大白鼠内毒素血症模型。观察了该模型动物中性粒细胞(PMN)功能的变化。结果表明,内毒素血症时外周血白细胞计数降低;肺小血管内有白细胞聚集;PMN吞噬细菌及产生活性氧能力明显减弱;趋化性明显受到抑制;PMN在静止时释放β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-g)明显增加;此外,PMN的糖皮质激素受体数目明显减少,而血浆皮质酮含量明显增高。
Rat model with endotoxemia induced by endotoxin of E.coli was replicated. The changes of neutrophil (PMN) function in this model animal were observed. The results showed that peripheral blood leukocyte count was reduced in endotoxemia; leukocyte accumulation was found in small pulmonary blood vessels; PMN phagocytosis of bacteria and production of reactive oxygen species was significantly weakened; chemotaxis was significantly inhibited; PMN released β-glucuronic acid at rest Enzyme (β-g) increased significantly; In addition, the number of PMN glucocorticoid receptor significantly decreased, while the plasma corticosterone content was significantly increased.
