The main methods of intelligence research are used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the decision-making and implementation of the infectious disease response system in major countries in the world, so that the Chinese health management department can learn from the advanced experience of foreign management systems and make the best decision for strengthening the construction of the epidemic prevention system in China.
