我厂的电钴生产中,采用N235萃取分离钴镍。由于有机相夹带,洗镍不彻底,因而钴镍比只能达到生产2号钴的要求;有时还往往达不到。这部分钴液由于Cl~-低,Co高,不利于再进行镍钴分离。即使采用老流程,即通氯沉钴法,往往二次沉钴后,也只能使Co:Ni在600左右,不能满足1号钴要求的水平,因而只好采用还原钴粉除镍,以达到深度净化的目的;但这却造成了金属的回流损耗。
