Fault code 21- Throttle position sensor voltage is too high (as shown in Figure 10) (1) Possible cause of the fault ① The signal line is overlapped (short-circuited) with other positive power supply. ② throttle position sensor internal circuit. ③ throttle position sensor power is not normal. (2) overhaul ① measure the voltage between the engine computer 12 feet and the ground: turn off the ignition switch, the voltage value should be less than 0.1V; open the ignition switch, the voltage value should be 4.98 ~ 5V. ② measuring engine 53 feet (signal
