废纸脱墨浮选柱中的气泡大小对脱除废纸浆中的油墨颗粒和其他杂质颗粒的效率起着相当重要的作用,但是由于多种原因,浮选柱中气泡大小的测量是一个相当复杂的问题。本研究根据现有的试验条件,采用外部摄像的方法对浮选柱工作状态下的气泡进行了图像采集由于气泡成像的特点,为提高图像的成像质量,对相机参数和背景光源进行了对比试验,并在此基础上对气泡的图像进行了灰度化、滤波、边缘提取以及数学形态学等处理,最后提取到具有气泡特征的二值图像计算出了气泡的面积及当量直径,并对浮选柱中的气泡分布特征进行了初步的统计分析
