土石混填路基在进行强夯施工的过程中,利用多道瞬态瑞雷波勘探技术对1 000 kN.m、1 600 kN.m、2 000 kN.m夯击能单点夯的有效加固深度、有效影响范围、最佳夯击次数等参数进行了定量测试。在此基础上确定了不同夯击能下的最佳夯击次数和最佳夯间距,改进了土石混填路基的强夯施工工艺。检测结果表明,瑞雷波法能够准确、直观和快速地检测强夯路基的加固效果,提高强夯路基施工质量,并缩短路基检测的周期。
During the process of dynamic compaction, the multi-channel transient Rayleigh wave exploration technology is used to effectively reinforce the single point ram with 1 000 kN.m, 1 600 kN.m and 2 000 kN.m Depth, the effective range of impact, the best number of times and other parameters of the number of ramming conducted a quantitative test. On this basis, the best number of tampers and the best ram spacing under different tamper energies were determined, and the dynamic compaction technology of soil-rock mixed subgrade was improved. The test results show that the Rayleigh wave method can accurately, directly and quickly detect the reinforcement effect of dynamic compacted subgrade, improve the quality of dynamic compaction subgrade and shorten the cycle of subgrade detection.
