在大批量生产的超高强度钢零件上钻孔,是生产中的一个关键,为此采用喷射钻新工艺,取得了显著的经济效益,产品合格率提高百分之十五,钻孔效率提高16倍。零件材料为20CrMnSiNi_2,锻件。抗拉强度σ_b>160公斤力/毫米~2,硬度HB254~302。原来在Z37摇臂钻上采用钻—扩—铰工艺加工零件上两个φ34.05~(+0.17)×218的平行孔,需两个多小时才能加工一件,生产效率低、钻孔质量差、刀具损耗大。现改在C630普通车床上采用喷射钻一次钻成。
