对于AB5型稀土储氢合金冶炼废渣粉,采用H2/H2O选择性氧化-渣金熔分法回收Ni-Co合金和稀土氧化物渣。废渣粉在900℃温度下,H2/H2O气氛中进行选择性氧化处理,使其中RE、Al、Mn等活性金属元素转化为氧化态,而相对惰性的元素Ni、Co为单质态。选择性氧化处理后的物料中配加SiO2、Al2O3等造渣剂,在1 550℃温度下渣金熔分,得到Ni-Co合金和REO-SiO2-Al2O3-MnO熔渣。回收的Ni-Co合金纯度高,可作为基础原料用于熔炼AB5型稀土储氢合金;稀土氧化物熔渣可提取稀土氧化物,具有再利用价值。
