一些兄弟单位曾經向我們打听过“自来水描图鋼笔”的制作方法。这种描图鋼笔是我們专业院标准处描图組的同志們在58年大跃进中开展技术革新的成果之一。經过这几年的使用、改进,目前已受到了普遍的欢迎。使用这种描图鋼笔的最大好处是:出墨均匀,全图字迹浓淡一致,节約上墨时間,提高写字效率20～30％。 現在把它的制作方法給同行們介紹一下。也希望同行們能給我介紹一些先进經驗。材料:(1)普通鋼笔或儿童鋼笔一支(拔去笔尖和笔舌); (2)自行車上用的气門心一根,約长30毫米; (3)鋁片(或鉄片)一小块約长30毫米,寬4毫米, (4)繪图小鋼笔尖一个; (5)腊少許。制作方法:将普通鋼笔拆开,用气門心套入小鋼笔尖內,笔尖外(圓筒部分)用描图腊紙紧紧繮住,然后
Some fraternal units have inquired about how to make the “tap pen”. This drawing pen is one of the achievements of the comrades in the drawing group of the Standards Division of our professional college in carrying out technological innovation in the 58 years of Great Leap Forward. After years of use and improvement, it has been generally welcomed. The biggest advantage of using this type of tracing pen is: uniform ink, consistent shading in the whole drawing, saving ink time, and improving writing efficiency by 20 to 30%. Materials: (1) Ordinary pens or children’s pens (unplug and nibs); (2) A valve core used on bicycles, approximately 30 mm long; (3) Aluminium sheets (or bracts) A small piece of about 30 mm long, 4 mm wide, (4) a small pen tip drawing; (5) a little wax. Production method: the ordinary pen is disassembled, and the valve heart is inserted into the small pen tip. The outside of the pen tip (the cylinder part) is tightly gripped with the tracing wax paper, and then
