针对国内轨道车长期使用国外进口的LIPE 15/380—21P型离合器的现状,通过优化铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料配方,采用粉末冶金摩擦材料在模具中压制成形后与钢芯片在加压式钟罩炉中烧结成形工艺制造摩擦片,采用双硬度淬火工艺制造离合器钢片,研制出了摩擦系数高、自身和对偶磨损小、机械振动小、传动平稳、使用寿命长的轨道车ф380离合器从动盘总成。通过装车实际应用考核,各项性能指标符合相关行业标准,可替代进口产品。
