落实、实施高效课堂与众多客观因素和主观因素密切相关,其中教师的课堂地位和主导作用尤为重要。首先,“高效课堂”中要有明快的课堂教学氛围,这就要求教学过程中师生关系一定要融洽,让学生的学习过程充满求知的愉悦感,充分调动起学生求知的良好情绪。其次,要提高课堂教学效率,就必须注重教师的人格引领作用,教师要用自己对知识的尊重和渴求来调动学生求知的欲望,用高尚的人格魅力来感召学生。
Implementation, implementation of efficient classroom and many objective factors and subjective factors are closely related, of which the teacher’s classroom status and the leading role is particularly important.
