六十年代兴起的激光技术,在国内外已广泛应用于工农业、医学、国防等方面。激光工作者越来越多,激光防护的研究已成为一项急待研究的重要课题,是很有实际意义的基础研究项目。在八十年代的第一春,我们在市科委的大力支持下,对本市激光工作者进行了一次普查。除对眼睛、皮肤进行普查外,着重进行了血液的普查,包括红、白血球及细胞染色体。我们认为,激光是否会引起人类体细胞染色体改变、致突变及其遗传性效应等问题的研究,具有很重要的意义。本文是根据广州地区92例激光工作者的染色体实验资料,通过分析统计写成,并提出我们的一些看法,供医务工作者和激光工作者参考,为激光防护的研究提供科学的根据。
The laser technology that emerged in the 1960s has been widely used in industry and agriculture, medicine, and national defense, both at home and abroad. More and more laser workers, laser protection research has become an urgent task to be studied, is a very practical basic research project. In the first spring of the 1980s, we conducted a census of laser workers in the city under the strong support of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission. In addition to the census of the eyes and skin, a general survey of blood was carried out, including red and white blood cells and cell chromosomes. We believe that it is of great significance whether laser can cause human chromosome changes, mutagenesis, and hereditary effects. This article is based on the chromosomal experimental data of 92 laser workers in Guangzhou. It was written through analysis and statistics, and put forward some of our views for reference by medical workers and laser workers, providing scientific basis for laser protection research.
