研究了由乙酸乙烯酯经氯化、水解，与硫脲进行环化反应制备2-氨基噻唑的工艺路线，并采用正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件。
The process of preparing 2-aminothiazole from vinyl acetate by chlorination, hydrolysis and cyclization with thiourea was studied. The optimum technological conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments.
