一般认为,酸性萘乙酸醋酸(ANAE)染色法是鉴定T淋巴细胞的一种较简便的方法,淋巴细胞的ANAE活性是否呈阳性可以作区分T、B细胞的标志。鉴于615近交系小鼠已较广泛地用于生物医学特别是实验肿瘤学的研究,因此,我们采用ANAE染色法(涂片及冰冻切片)检测了615系小鼠外周血及淋巴样器官中的T和B淋巴细胞,为开展肿瘤免疫学及免疫药理学实验研究提供了615小鼠T、B细胞的正常值和正常分布情况。现将结果报告如下。
