偶发的大学生伤害事故往往会诱发影响校园稳定的舆情危机,形成个案的舆论场。在舆情的助推下大多个案会被推演成为公共事件,大学生伤害事故的处置则呈现出因个案社会化而处置艰难、因教育管理上的困惑不安而因噎废食、因弱化法治而致法律效果异化的困局,严重者会造成“二次伤害”的恶果。因此,高校在应对事故引发的舆情危机时,务必要正视问题、顺势而为、因势利导,牢牢把握正确舆论导向,健全校园舆情疏导机制,重视与舆情对话的内容设计,在与舆情对话中做到动之以情、晓之以理、明之以法、帮之以需。
