一、6800系列光伏型锑化铟探测器玻璃杜瓦瓷液氮致冷,光谱范围3.0～5.0微米。特性见表1: 可用于分析仪器、工业程序控制和军用系统。(如,导弹跟踪和制导器件)。根据不同用途的需要可选用不同尺寸结构的杜瓦瓶(6800、6802、6804型使用侧窗杜瓦瓶,液氮保持时间分别为0.5、2、4小时:6840、6842、6844型则使用端窗杜瓦瓶)。典型的杜瓦瓶结构如图1和图2所示。
