本文系统地阐述了国产DJS-051微型计算机用于缕纱强力和重量测试与数据处理系统中的软件设计,着重讨论了系统软件研制中所涉及的主要问题及解决方法,指出: 1.对于必须有人工参与的计算机控制系统、控制程序的设计应充分利用工艺操作提供的特征,配合硬件加以考虑;在实现基本功能的基础上,为了增加整个系统的运行可靠性,应当设置必要的附加功能。 2.考虑到DJS-051机的字长较短和目前内存容量有限等因素,为了满足计算精度和制表格式直观性强、便于分析的要求,采用双字节(或四字节)的定点运算以及边整理边打印的串行制表方案是比较合理的。
This article systematically elaborated the software design of domestically made DJS-051 micro-computer for strength and weight test and data processing system of yarn strand, and emphatically discussed the main problems and solutions involved in the development of system software, pointing out: 1. Artificial computer control system should be designed. The design of control program should make full use of the features provided by the process operation and take the hardware into consideration. On the basis of realizing the basic functions, in order to increase the operational reliability of the whole system, the necessary additional functions should be set up. 2. Taking into account the DJS-051 machine is shorter and the current memory capacity is limited and other factors, in order to meet the calculation accuracy and tabular format intuitive and easy to analyze the requirements of the use of double-byte (or four bytes) fixed point Calculation and edge finishing printing serial tabulation scheme is more reasonable.
