Objective: To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Side Note: T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 14 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus after pregnancy (SLE + NP group) were detected by flow cytometry, and 18 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus non-pregnant women (SLE group), 2Z Cases of normal non-pregnant women (NNP group) as a control. Results: The percentage of CD3 + and CD8 + in SLE + NP group was significantly lower than that in SLE and NNP group, while the percentage of CD4 + / CD4 + / CD8 + group was significantly lower than that in SLE and NNP group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Pregnancy-induced partial reactivation of SLE may be related to the changes of T cell subsets. The ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + is an effective measure to monitor the change of disease after pregnancy in SLE patients.
