Objective To explore the influence of various factors on blood transport cold chain in ordinary blood donation boxes. Methods Compare the effects of factors such as the material of the transport container, blood location, temperature, box volume, ice position, partition material and so on. Results The quality of the transport boxes applied at present was slightly different, and the quality of imported transport boxes was better. The blood temperature in the uppermost layer and the peripheral layer was the most affected. As the air temperature increased, the thermal insulation capacity weakened and the number of cold sources needed to be increased.
