磁性材料的磁场热处理可以改善软磁材料的导磁率,减小矫顽磁力;可以提高硬磁材料的磁能积,这是大家早就知道的。下面我们介绍的是结构材料的磁场热处理。 1959年美国开发与研究公司的总冶金师柏思特提出用交、直流磁场处理各种钢材(结构钢、工具钢、不锈钢)及有色金属的想法。磁场热处理包括磁场退火、磁场中加热淬火、磁场中冷却淬火、磁场回火等,晚近又出现了磁场氮化。
