有限元数值模拟法作为一种新型的工程研究方法,已被广泛应用于建筑,生物,桥梁建造等领域,为工程设计、规划,相关工艺规范的制定起到了较大的指导性作用。本文从有限元的发展背景,基本原理以及对在焊接领域的应用进行分析总结。总结出有限元数值模拟法在焊接领域内的作用以及未来的发展趋势和有待发展的部分,对未来有限元数值模拟法对焊接问题的影响进行了展望。
As a new engineering research method, the finite element numerical simulation method has been widely used in the fields of construction, biology and bridge construction, which play a significant guiding role in the engineering design, planning and the formulation of related process specifications. This article analyzes the development background, basic principle of finite element and the application in the field of welding. Summarizes the role of finite element numerical simulation in the field of welding as well as the future development trend and the part to be developed, and prospects the future finite element numerical simulation on the welding problem.
