1.概述 我厂在斜底加热炉中,用了几台DBC-114和DBC-111微差压变送器,其中两台用于显示炉膛的正负微压的大小。根据工艺提出的要求最大压力值为10mmH_2O,虽然采用了我国目前最小的微差压变送器,但是在调试过程中发现,无论怎样改变差压变送器的量程(即反馈线圈抽头及量程调整丝杆),也不能使当输入值为0~10mmH_2O时,输出电流I出为0~10mA。它导致实际测量的微压值与显示值不符。
